Mr. Simon Zhou – Global Head of Intellectual Property Protection (Global E-commerce) presenting at the Seminar

Currently, along with the rapid development of technology, besides traditional markets, online business activities are strongly booming on various business platforms and transaction forms. However, in this regard, individuals and business organizations still face many challenges, especially those related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights and commercial transactions beyond geographical and territorial limits. The Seminar" Implementing of intellectual property rights on online platforms" collaboratively organized by BMVN and HLU is to catch up with upcoming legal trends, as well as to equip students with updated knowledge on intellectual property law. The Seminar truly was a valuable opportunity for students of the University to learn and update their knowledge of intellectual property. This also contributes to opening up cooperation opportunities between HLU and other stakeholders to develop a new training program at HLU which is LLB with specialization of Intellectual Property Law.
